Their customers can now electronically 'post' documents into the Australia Post network with no manual intervention. AXiOM and bing have joined forces to provide automated delivery of letters such as -payslips, invoices, statements, marketing letters, contracts and much more On average bing have found that customers can save up to 42% on their total mail cost. Before the documents leave the AXiOM bing postal connector, they are encrypted with a military strength encryption 'key', barcoded and immediately routed to a secure print processing facility. The letters are then printed, sorted, folded, inserted into envelopes and injected into the Australia Post network the same day for delivery anywhere in the world. Uniquely, AXiOM customers retain complete control with increased security, governance and transparency. Customers can see in real time when their letters have been produced and when they have been lodged with Australia Post. They also have a history of all letters that have been sent – similar to email ‘Sent Items’ in Microsoft Outlook.
