PostIt is an optional module that enables jobs to be automatically uploaded to all of the major job boards directly from Recruiter@Work.  Supported job boards include Seek, MyCareer, CareerOne and JobServe with more job boards to follow in the future.

PostIt provides the ability for Consultants to upload job advertisements to a specified Job Board to increase the visibility of the vacancy and therefore increase the number of suitable applicants applying for the position.  The system provides facility via the internet for:

• Upload of job advertisements to the job board of your choice
• Link out to your own job site enabling a candidate to register their details and submit their applications via your website and automatically uploaded into the AXiOM Recruitment System

• Create a new job ad from an existing ad using a few mouse clicks
• Save ads in draft status until you are ready to upload
• Ads are automatically uploaded with no need for administrator intervention
• Flexible security enables you to restrict or grant access to the Post It module on a user and/or job board basis

• The in-built HTML editor enables precise formatting of ads without the need to know HTML
• Create jobs based on job board specific templates to meet your various branding requirements

• Search for existing ads by keyword, position, job board and more
• View current ads on the Consultant Desktop
